Davis finishing strong
The Race Strut
On Saturday AM we headed to the Be the Match, Be the One Run near our house. This race is sponsored by the National Donor Marrow Program in order to raise awareness to help all cancer patients in need of a bone marrow donor receive the marrow or cord blood transplant they need.
Davis ran in the Tot Trot, a 100 yard dash, and he thought it was very cool. He was very proud of himself at the end. I got a couple short videos and unfortunately I only saw the tail end of the race because of the angle of the course. (I should have scoped it out and stood on the other side... oops... )
Chris also had a great 5K race and placed 5th... as he said his secret to a "good" race is to enter into races that don't have strong competition. He did run a great race.
